Finished my certificate course, janitorial supervisor here

I finished a short course in Atlanta while looking for work as a janitorial supervisor. Any experience at all would help. I already had an interview request. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
