Finished my certificate course, IT help-desk technician here

I finished a short course in Providence while looking for work as an IT help-desk technician. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
