Finished my certificate course, IT help-desk technician here

After 23 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
