Finished my certificate course, insurance claims processor here

I finished a short course in Milwaukee while looking for work as an insurance claims processor. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
