Finished my certificate course - first time posting

I passed my exam on the second try. I worked as a payroll clerk before this. It was hard to study with so much going on. What should I aim for next?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Great job finishing while under pressure.
