Finished my certificate course - first time posting

After 5 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I worked as a recruiter before this. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
