Finished my certificate course - first time posting

I finished a short course in Richmond while looking for work as a bank teller. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Great job finishing while under pressure.
