Finished my certificate course - first time posting

After 21 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
