Finished my certificate course - first time posting

I finished a short course in Detroit while looking for work as a retail manager. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
