Finished my certificate course - first time posting

I finished a short course in Chicago while looking for work as a janitorial supervisor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
