Finished my certificate course - first time posting

I finished a short course in Jacksonville while looking for work as a security officer. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
