Finished my certificate course

I finished a short course in Toledo while looking for work as a retail manager. I worked as a retail manager before this. I already had an interview request. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Well done. Employers like to see that you kept learning.
