Finished my certificate course

I finished a short course in Tulsa while looking for work as an IT help-desk technician. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
