Finished my certificate course, data-entry clerk here

I finished a short course in Raleigh while looking for work as a data-entry clerk. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. A friend helped me with practice tests. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
