Finished my certificate course (Cincinnati)

After 26 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I have been trying to stay organised about it. A friend helped me with practice tests. Thanks for the encouragement.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
