Finished my certificate course - any advice?

I finished a short course in Sacramento while looking for work as a call-centre agent. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
