Finished my certificate course - any advice?

I finished a short course in Chicago while looking for work as an office manager. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
