Finished my certificate course - any advice?

After 18 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. Any experience at all would help. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
