Finished my certificate course - any advice?

After 18 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
