Finished my certificate course - any advice?

I finished a short course in Richmond while looking for work as a medical assistant. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It was hard to study with so much going on. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
