Finished my certificate course - any advice?

After 18 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
