Finished my certificate course - any advice?

After 16 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
