Finished my certificate course after 5 years as a line cook

After 16 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It was hard to study with so much going on. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
