Finished my certificate course after 18 years as a barista

I passed my exam on the second try. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I already had an interview request. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
