Finished my certificate course after 17 years as a customer-service rep

After 26 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I do not usually post, so bear with me. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
