Finished my certificate course after 15 years as a payroll clerk

I finished a short course in Richmond while looking for work as a payroll clerk. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
