Finished my certificate course after 12 years as an administrative assistant

I passed my exam on the second try. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
