Finished my certificate course after 11 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I finished a short course in St. Louis while looking for work as a hotel front-desk agent. I already had an interview request.

That takes real discipline. I am proud of you.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
