Finished my certificate course

I finished a short course in Honolulu while looking for work as a retail manager. I do not usually post, so bear with me. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
