Finished my certificate course

After 20 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I already had an interview request. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
