Finished my certificate course - 5 months and counting

I finished a short course in Dallas while looking for work as an insurance claims processor. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
