Finished my certificate course - 4 weeks in

I finished a short course in Raleigh while looking for work as a sales associate. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
