Finished my certificate course - 20 weeks in

After 20 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
