Completed training while job hunting - what worked for you?

I finished a short course in Little Rock while looking for work as a procurement assistant. It has been a long 11 weeks. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
