Completed training while job hunting, IT help-desk technician here

Jordan Reyes · 2026-07-06T05:22:21.803Z

I finished a short course in Fresno while looking for work as an IT help-desk technician. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
