Completed training while job hunting, insurance claims processor here

I finished a short course in Providence while looking for work as an insurance claims processor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
