Completed training while job hunting, hotel front-desk agent here

After 23 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
