Completed training while job hunting - first time posting

I finished a short course in Phoenix while looking for work as a warehouse supervisor. It has been a long 8 weeks. It was hard to study with so much going on. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
