Completed training while job hunting - first time posting

I finished a short course in Spokane while looking for work as a bookkeeper. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I already had an interview request. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
