Completed training while job hunting (Denver)

I finished a short course in Denver while looking for work as an insurance claims processor. I do not usually post, so bear with me. A friend helped me with practice tests. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
