Completed training while job hunting - 21 weeks in

I passed my exam on the second try. I worked as a teaching assistant before this. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
