Back pay finally came through (Wichita)

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It covered the rent I was behind on. Keep going if you are waiting.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
