Back pay finally came through - what worked for you?

After 20 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am so relieved. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
