Back pay finally came through - what worked for you?

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am so relieved. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

This gives me hope. I am on week 23 of waiting.
