Back pay finally came through - what worked for you?

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
