Back pay finally came through (update)

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
