Back pay finally came through (update)

The state finally resolved my claim after a long wait. It covered the rent I was behind on.

This gives me hope. I am on week 25 of waiting.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
