Back pay finally came through (update)

After 8 weeks my unemployment claim was approved. Any experience at all would help. I kept my records and followed up calmly. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
