Back pay finally came through, software tester here

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It covered the rent I was behind on. Thanks to everyone who helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
