Back pay finally came through, retail manager here

I won my appeal and the back pay arrived this week. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am so relieved. I wanted to share in case it helps someone else.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
